Apple pie


Ingredients:
-1 pack Koopmans Apple pie

-175 grams of magarine

-1 egg

-1 kilogram of sweet or sour (6 pieces) for example Elstar.

-50 grams of sugar

-75 grams of raisins

- 2 or 3 thee spoons of cinnamon.


Kitchen tools

Mixer with paste hooks.

Pie shape.

Preparing time 40 minutes (baking time exclused)


Method of preparation.


1. put the raisins in tepid water.

2. prewarm the oven at 180 degrees.

3  put butter on the shape or use a baking spray.

4 Curl the butter softly in a paste bowl und include ⅔ of the stired egg.

5 knead the paste with a mixer or by hand to a compact dough.

6 cover the pie shape’s bottom and sides with ⅔ of the dough.

7 skin the apples, remove the pitts and chop them into little blocks.

8 mix the apple blocks with the sugar cinnamon and the raisins.

9 fill the pie shape with the apple pie mix and push it against the shape so it fits properly

10 form thin rolls of the mixture of that is left

11 put the thin rolls on top of the pie

12 cover the top of the pie with the stired egg that is left.

13 bake the apple pie in the oven (180 degrees) for about 70 minutes until it’s gold brown.

14 let the apple pie cool down for about an hour before you remove the shape.

hello, we’re going to make an apple pie for our english cooking project


To make an apple pie you need some ingredients:

-1 pack Kookmans Apple pie

-175 grams of magarine

-1 egg (cracked and stired)

-1 kilogram of sweet or sour (6 pieces) for example Elstar.

-50 grams of sugar

-75 grams of raisins

- 2 or 3 thee spoons of cinnamon.



Kitchen tools.

a whisk (if you prefer)

Pie shape (28 cm diameter)

Preparing time 40 minutes (baking time exclude)


1- First fill a cup with tepid water and involve the raisins.

2- Prewarm the oven at 180 degrees so it’s hot  when the pie is ready to be cooked.

3- Butter the sides and bottom of the pie shape, so the pie wont stuck to the shape.

4-Curl the butter softly in a bowl, include the mix and ⅔ of the stired egg.

5- Knead the paste with a mixer or by hand to a compact dough.

6- now you have to cover the pie’s shape with ⅔ of the total mixture

7- skin the apples and remove the the pitts inside, after that you chop the apples in little blocks and put them in another bowl.

8- Mix the blocks with 2 or 3 spoons of cinnamon, 50 grams of sugar and 75 grams of raisins. This will make sure that the taste is good.

9- fill the pie shape with the apple mix and distribute it properly so it’s equally divided to the top.

10- Form thin roles of the dough that there is left. Don’t make them to big becouse they expand by the heath of the oven.

11- Put the thin rols on top of the pie.

12 cover the thin rolls on top of the pie with what is left from the stirred egg.

13 Now you only have to put the pie in the prewarmed oven. Wait for about 60 to 70 minutes (play some flappy bird or watch a movie)  untill it is brown and done.

14 take the pie out of the oven and let it cooldown for an hour before you remove the pie shape. Watch out with taking the pie out of the oven it is very hot!

15 Now your pie is ready to be eaten. If you like some whipped cream I would definantely recomment it on top of you piece of pie.
